香草航空修改手提行李規定，自10月29日起，可攜入客艙內的手提行李重量上限，從10公斤縮水為7公斤，行李三邊長度總和雖然不變，但長、寬、高尺寸皆有變更，官網的購票手續費也自10月29日起調漲，提醒旅客出國時要注意。
根據香草航空公布的資訊，為更方便乘客、確保航班準時及安全，自10月29日起，每位旅客可攜入客艙內的手提行李，總重量上限從10公斤縮水為7公斤，行李尺寸任三邊長度則從原本的56cm × 36cm × 23cm，更改為55cm × 40cm × 25cm，數量則是維持一件手提行李跟一件個人隨身物品。
此外，於官網的購票付款手續費也將自10月29日起，從原先180元調漲為210元，如果一次購買來回機票，則須多支出60元。
提醒搭乘香草航空的旅客要注意相關規定，必要時地勤人員會要求旅客使用測量設備檢查行李尺寸與重量，若超過標準規定，將會被要求將行李辦理託運手續，且須支付指定費用及手續費，否則香草航空有權拒絕乘客登機。
